3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

CAREHUB processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period required by law or within the retention and use period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection. If retention is required under applicable laws, CAREHUB will retain the personal information for the period specified by such laws.

3-1. Consultation Request and Inquiry Information

Retention Period: Until the purpose of receiving the consultation request, providing consultation, and responding to inquiries is achieved.

However, if an investigation, dispute response, complaint handling, or similar procedure related to a violation of applicable laws is in progress, the information may be retained until such procedure is completed.

Purpose of Provision:
Prescription, dispensing, and medication management.

External professional organizations, AI analysis organizations, equipment operation companies, and technical verification companies.

Name, date of birth, gender, member number, consultation request information, service usage information, and service provision records. Sensitive information, including health and medical information, will be provided only to the minimum extent necessary to achieve the purpose of provision.

Until the purpose of provision is achieved or until the period specified in a separate consent form.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

CAREHUB may outsource personal information processing tasks as follows for the smooth provision of services.

  • Payment gateway companies: card payment processing and settlement

  • Text message service providers: sending notification text messages and Kakao AlimTalk messages

  • CRM/reservation system operators: customer information management and reservation system operation

  • IT maintenance service providers: system operation and incident response

  • Equipment operation and maintenance providers, including PoC-related providers: operation and technical support for sensors, devices, and safety management systems

  • Data processing and analysis support providers: data analysis support for service operation and quality improvement

When entering into outsourcing agreements, CAREHUB specifies necessary matters in contracts and other documents to ensure that personal information is processed safely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and supervises and manages the entrusted service providers. CAREHUB also implements technical and managerial safeguards to prevent loss, theft, leakage, falsification, alteration, or damage of personal information.

Entrusted service providers process personal information only within the scope necessary to perform the entrusted tasks and do not use it independently or provide it to third parties. If use beyond the entrusted purpose or provision to third parties is required, separate procedures will be followed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Personal information processed in connection with outsourced tasks will be retained until the outsourcing agreement ends or until the purpose of service provision is achieved. If retention is required under applicable laws, the information will be retained for the legally required period.

6. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

CAREHUB will destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose. However, if personal information must continue to be retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such personal information will be stored separately.

CAREHUB identifies personal information for which a reason for destruction has occurred and destroys it in accordance with internal standards and applicable laws and regulations.
